GETTING STARTED · ACCESS AND NAVIGATION
Get to know your administration.
Before making your first changes to the store.
Connect Marketplace administration is your workspace for managing products and orders. On your first login, check your access, get familiar with the main sections, and determine which capabilities are available to your user account.
The menu layout and available actions depend on your permissions, activated services, and store settings. The instructions below serve as an initial orientation.
Go through the guide
Prepare your login details
Use the administration interface address provided by the Connect team. The storefront seen by customers and the administration interface serve different purposes; logging in to a customer profile may not provide access to store management.
Log in with your user account. If access has not yet been assigned to you, request it from the responsible person or Connect support and provide the store name and your role. Do not use someone else’s account to bypass missing permissions.
- Make sure you are opening the official HTTPS address you received.
- Enter the assigned email address or username and password.
- If additional verification is requested, complete it according to the instructions shown.
- If you have forgotten your password, use the available access recovery option or contact support.
Make sure you are working in the right store
After logging in, check the name of the store or seller you are working on. If you have access to multiple stores or languages, confirm the selected context before editing.
First review the data without changing important settings. The interface language and content language may be different settings: before entering translations, check which content language you are editing.
The most important sections for everyday work
Products and catalog
This is where you edit your offerings: names, descriptions, images, prices, and availability, according to your assigned permissions.
Orders and customers
This is where you track received orders, review their details, and process them according to the agreed workflow.
Settings and content
Depending on your access, this is where you edit store data and appearance, pages, and other available settings.

Review, find, and only then edit
Try searching and using filters on the product or order list. Open an individual item and review the arrangement of tabs, fields, and available actions. If the list appears empty, first check the filters, selected store, and permissions.
Before saving, check which values you have changed. Bulk actions apply to the selected items, so check your selection carefully. Changes to prices, availability, and order statuses may immediately affect business operations.
- Find one product and compare it with the public view.
- Check the contact details you are permitted to access.
- Get familiar with where to review new orders.
- Note any menus or permissions you are missing for your work.
What to do if login or access does not work
Record the exact message, page address, and time of the problem. State whether the issue occurs during login itself or only after opening a specific section. Never send your password to support.
If you are working on a shared computer, log out when you are finished. Arrange an individual account and permissions appropriate to their tasks for every person who needs access.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I not see the same menu as my colleague?
Users may have different permissions and access to different stores or services. Describe what you need to do so the responsible person can check your access.
Why do I not see my products or orders?
First check the active filters and selected store. If the selection is correct, send support an example product or the order number you expect to see.
